About the Journal

Aims:

Jurnal Peternakan Sriwijaya/ Sriwijaya Journal of Animal Science is designed to facilitate the exchange of the latest knowledge and understanding in the field of animal husbandry and related sciences. The journal focuses on research that contributes to increasing animal productivity and welfare as well as improving the quality of livestock products.

Scope:

Jurnal Peternakan Sriwijaya / Sriwijaya Journal of Animal Science covers various aspects in the field of animal husbandry, including but not limited to: Animal Genetics and Breeding; Nutrition and Feed Technology; Animal Reproduction and Physiology; Animal Product Technology; Animal Health and Veterinary Medicine; Livestock Production Systems and Management; Tropical and Environmental Animal Science; Biotechnology in Animal Husbandry; Processing and management of Livestock Products and Waste; and Socio-economics of Animal Husbandry. The journal accepts original research articles, systematic reviews, case studies, and technical reports relevant to the above scope. Articles should be research-based and make a significant contribution to the field of animal husbandry and related sciences.
