Abstract

This study aimed to study the impact of temperature difference of Hydrogen sulphide, particle matter 10 μm, and differential leukocytes. A completely randomized design was used in the experiment design, with a temperature of 20 °C (KS20) and a temperature of 30 °C (KS30). The experiment was repeated four times and each replication contained 10 chickens. The data analysis used in this study was descriptive. The result showed that the concentration of hydrogen sulphide in both treatments in the 4th week was 0.0010-0.0013 ppm and in the 5th week it increased (0.0019-0.0023 ppm). The particle matter of 10 μm at high temperatures were higher in 4th week (84.84 μg m-3) and 5th week (156.42 μg m-3). leuk°Cyte differentiation both at low temperatures and high temperatures is within the normal range.
